For me dili ang Law ang sayop ani, no offense, but oyon ko jud ko ani nga law protecting childrens welfare, ug wala pani nga balaod, i cant imagine a 13 year old boy ma-lethal injection or ma-sentence to death! kani gud mga bataa practicaly wala jud ni sila masayud sa ilang gibuhat! and dili sad nato pwede i-blame lang ang parents or ang balaod alone, there are many contributing factors nganong na ing-ani na atong mga kabatan-onan karon, one of these was Poverty! ug anak pa siguro ni ug mga Zobel, Sy or Ayala ning mga bataa, i dont think mag rugby2x ni (Extacy Siguro...joke), bitaw, what im pointing out was that these children the one being "Raped" and the one who "Raped" are all victims!

IMO, that law is flawed.. Just consider the crime rate committed by minors these days. That law played an important part on why those minor do crimes. Why? It takes away the fear of imprisonment. For me lang, its also a lesson for parents, because for me, the parents of those involved are to be blamed. Poverty may play a part, but not reason enough. Why?
