....Nag katawa ko sa mga post diri...well pls don't flame me on this one pero...no matter unsa ka dako imu sweldo basta dili symmetrical sa imo lifestyle aw problema jud nah...even people who are earning 100k a month have issues financially why? Attitude and lifestyle mga bro ug sis...and for the post about walay nag duwgay sa cc?? well i have a wave mate and he is in his late 30s...is in business for more than 5 yrs has two kids...recently nka balay...parents is living with him...earning not more than 20k a month pero happy...

in order to be happy...learn to love what you are doing...not doing what you love....

Its really not about lifestyle. Look at the bigger picture its about the economy. Its the purchasing power of our labor that stimulates and accelerates our economy.
I dont drink and smoke and have a lot of vices I dont even eat pork, but still I think my salary is too low.

Its about time the philippines adopted hyperwage considering the skills and manpower that we have. Hyperwage stimulates the economy directly by increasing the purchsing power of the laborers. In return all those high wages would still go purchases and businesses. Higher wages equates to higher purchases higher purchases equals bigger and higher rates of product purchases which translates to higher profit to business and accelerates profit among businesses.
Take for example hongkong and singapore they are adpoting hyperwage and their economy is way far from being thirdworld. US, Germany, Japan are all first world countries and are adopting hyper wage
another example is Phillipines and India look at out wage system.

So if you are contented with your salary then you are contented that our country would still be a 3rd world forever.
At least we could have wages like singapore 5x our callcenter salary compared to the Philippines.
Think about it 1/10th salary compared to US is more than taking advantage of our skills its called exploitation of our labor.

Grabeh kaayo ka exploited ang mga call center sa Pinas sa..unya singkahan lang sa mga PUTI.
sa US ang starting rate sa callcenter kay 14-15$ per hour. So kung imo na eh multiply 15x8 hrs x 23 days in average that would be $2,760 gross..minus tax so mga net ana kay $2,300. In PESO that would translate to 2,300*45=103,500.00. haha..

ka grabeh sa...ang uban sweldohan lang ug 15-20K lipay na kaayo..

if ipariha nila ang sweldo sa US, maypa adto nlan sila didto. Mao bitaw nianhi sa asia kay barato ra. negosyo man na ila.

I do respect your opinion bro, but lemme tell you this, BPO has existed in US for more than 30 years now and is still growing, don't you think that this is as competetive as biz and corporate world?

I guess you are only taking into considerations the ins and outs of agents or the opening and pullouts some accounts but if you are to look into the real world of biz, you'd say this is such a good avenue to grow both finacially and intellectually.

BPO will still grow like engineering and sciences. BPO are often the backbone of FORTUNE 500 companies in the US. Don't dare to underestimate a call center industry

yeah, sa US guro medyo stable. pero sa pilipinas maam? after pila kaha ka years magpabilin ang investment sa atu nasud? unstable kaayu raba atu politka diri. Dili lan mag kumpyansa ang mga nag work ug BPO kay daghan baya kaayu mga emerging economy sa Asia. Vietnam, Thailand, China.. etc.. Nag sugod na baya pamalhin mga company sa Thailand.
