Its bcoz...kasagran diha sa call center pa social-social perme. mostly singles pa, in the early or in mid20's. Left and right ang gastos. Pero ig abot na ana ug age nga 30's...married, naay family and thinking about the retirment..sus magka buang nana ug pangita ug company nga pang long term gyud.

I do respect your opinion bro, but lemme tell you this, BPO has existed in US for more than 30 years now and is still growing, don't you think that this is as competetive as biz and corporate world?

I guess you are only taking into considerations the ins and outs of agents or the opening and pullouts some accounts but if you are to look into the real world of biz, you'd say this is such a good avenue to grow both finacially and intellectually.

BPO will still grow like engineering and sciences. BPO are often the backbone of FORTUNE 500 companies in the US. Don't dare to underestimate a call center industry

doesn't really matter how much you earn so long as you're happy with your job, and you are not the one day millionaire type, surely you can live with whatever you have
