wala pako ka work sa call center but i have plenty of friends working sa ani na industry... an ako opinion? this is not a permanent job, this is good for those individuals na gusto ug fun, outgoing, adventure, ug luxury na life... coz if u want steady income na ok sa imu family ug health, go to the competetive world of corporate and business...
But its nice to hear na fresh grad karon can earn na as much as 15K per month, problem is when di na sila work sa call center, no company can hire you in that rate easily, so balik ka sa 8-10k per month which means 'change of lifestyle' na pud ka... Haays...
silent-kill, ur ryt. kay ako, 1T plus ako per day unya ako wife same range ra sa ako, naa man ghapon crisis financially..how much more ana ra na range.
mrjosh, im with ur opinion.. just curious to knw gani if most of them are nursing grad kay that's what i heard na call center, dangpananan sa mga jobless na nursing grad.(no offend ha)
so from that idea, i think pila ra kabuok mgdugay ana..hinuon, i know some friends na dugay najud..(masscom hinuon ila course..
as regards sa rate, well, for singles unya wala lain obligation sa family, ok na cguro considering pila ra magasto kaon.
ako starting kay 21k... 1st job nako. ang limpyo lng kay mga 17.5-18k, dako kaayo kaltas sa tax. karon, dont ask, dako na.. hehehe
When I started working in a callcenter 4 years ago, the salary I got was around 10-12k (I think). I'm still working in the same company.![]()
turf_y: my friends mostly came from business courses, you'r ryt for now since la kay dependent call center job is fit for u, but try to ask call center employees that stayd 3-5 years na sa work, are they happy now? financially mabe but after all money is not everything... Have u noticed, seldom ka kakita ug matures (30-40 yrs old) sa call center, its probably because they also beliv na theseindustry r for yuppies and fresh grads... (opinion ra ni nku ha)
Btw, with the world financial crisis now, more and more US companies will try to cut cost and I guess 'outsoucing' business will be affected. It means, BPO's might just be an 'uso' but eventually muhinay ra sya...

for what reasons can u give us why u wanted to know
each ones salary?is salary really that important sa pagpangitag trabaho
karun?im not tryng to be a hypocrite ha,being pragmatic is a good thing.
i just reckon(if im not mistaken) that ur a newgrad.experience first sa
igsuun, ayaw sa hunahunaa unsa imung makuha.imho ang market value
sa callcenter agents depends more on the experience, and im talking
abt those companies that really pay big time(those companies that u
want).learn sa, then grow as a professional.then dira nimu makita ang
companya pa ang muapas sa imuha,.
