it might interest you to knowthat pakistan, india and china are far cheaper than philippines.. its just a matter of time for foreign companies to stop outsourcing in the phils and go to a lot cheaper place..

u may say nga lahi ra og quaility kay nindot lage pinoy... yeay right.. people can always be trained... pinoy, indian og instik parehas ra tao.. ngano di tahay matrain nga parehas ramana tao.. and besides.. mas mamotivated sila gani didtu kay ang ila sweldo mas dako buying power kay sa dire... hahahahaha

hope lang ta di ni matabo. but wa ko kasabot sa uban dire. most think sayon ra ang work sa callcenter. suwayi ninyo ug work para kasabot mo.

pakistan, india and china might have cheaper labor costs. But... call centers deal with calls. Usually in English. Filipinos can talk unaccented English! I used to have a Pakistani boss in the States. I know he was talking in English but he had this horrendous accent. Very hard to understand.

Either mahitabo ni or later pa siguro mas maayo dili lang jud gastuon tanan sweldo sa mga CC agents if dli man lang necessary. At least if naa savings if ever mawagtangan trabaho you have a small capital to start a small business. Who knows ma-successful?

Well, quality wise........... the Philippines is quite low in cost but the 35 Million qualified and western oriented workforce is what made the Philippines a major player in the BPO specifically call center industry in the world.

Most of those outsourcing in the Philippines are westerners and they don't even understand Mandarin and other Asian languages.

What's the use of low-cost if you don't get the right quality for the specific market you're serving? I think the Philippines will still continue to boom in the BPO industry for more than 20 years or so.

IMPOSSIBLE jud ni mahitabo....... ang pinakaconcrete nga reason y nag outsource ang mga american companies is because of LABOR COST.

If ever mopasar ni nga balaud, dli kaha mo taas ang kilay sa mga dagkung kompanya anis america?... and to think the products they are selling are the one call center agents are supporting to them. Ang mahitabo ani kng mopasar na nga law ug wala na jud lain choice ang mga company, what they will do is to increase the market price of their products they are selling. haaaii.. wala jud ka huna2x ang senador nga nag propose ana. SILA RA POD ANG MADAUT Kay mo mahal ilang products.
