Recipe from Italian Tofu | Vegetarian Recipes
Ingredients (use vegan versions):
* 1/2 package extra firm tofu
* 1 green pepper
* 1/2 onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 jar chunky style Ragu
Directions:
Chop vegetables and garlic.
Cut tofu into small squares.
Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.
Fry vegetables until tender.
Crumble and add tofu.
Add sauce.
Cook for 5-10 min on medium heat.
Serves: 5
Preparation time: 20 min

really loved it
not too soft not too firm
it handled its shape very well in cooking.
the smell of the tofu is fresh you can tell it was well made
and the taste is very clean no undesirable after taste common in store bought tofu.
