i think it's good for overall health..

as for what brand to buy... ambot ako gi gamit as of now is the leaves na tea.. dili ang bags

p-chan is right. kanang leaves gyud nga imo pa i-brew or something, mas high ang potency level. pero ok ra man pod ang tea bags. basta any variant of green tea. daghan man gud kog gigamit ron nga variant sa green tea kay super green tea drinker jud kaayo ko.

Green tea is good for you kay daghan na siya anti-oxidants and with regular use i heard maka slim daw na. Pero wala man ko ni slim. Hubag sab ko, lol
