how?
1. gym (cardio and abs)
2. no rice
3. eat 1 banana for dinner time
4. no softdrinks nor alcoholic beverages
wow... ma inspired man pod ta if ing ana ang resultsbtaw i used to have that kind of diet but no exercise, graveh ni drop ako weight b4 but saggy k alay exercise and worst, graveh ako diet nasobraan, naabot ko sa hospital. I had to take steroids gud to bounce back from my drastic weight loss from 140 nahimo ko 114 lbs in barely 2 weeks!
so right now, i'm doing it gradually and the right way![]()
