as much as possible wala gyud ko ga reformat unless i really have to..at one point ang old PC nako wala yud nako gi reformat for 3 years. rock stable cya during those times, only had to reformat when i sold it..hehe

and as for me i reformat my computer when i really need to. like if i have few unwanted programs to uninstall. i'd rather reformat rather than uninstall 4-10 programs because i hate files and registry information that would be left behind.
