I lost 70 lbs. Went from 240lbs to 170lbs in a matter of 9 months.
I'm at 175-180 now, and I can eat whatever I want and not gain a pound... my metabolism is in tip top shape.
How did I lose 70lbs in 9 months?
- Exercise 4 times a week. All weight lifting, no cardio
- no fried food
- no soda (diet too)
- 1 cup of rice if I have to eat rice (none of possible)
- no fruity drinks (like fit & right)
- no desert or cake
- no eating past 7pm
- only 3 square meals a day
- no snacks (even fruits, unless you really gotta have one)
