i don't like to use MSG also. i avoid it whenever i can.
i don't use MSG...i'm allergic to it. it triggers my migraine.

oh always leave salt at the last minute. don't marinate with salt since salt draws out the juices and makes your dish dry.
i know daghan deli mo gamit ug MSG labi na kung Kano & Euro influence..... for me its an asian touch lang naman, deli daghan nga mo result to fry your brain.
but usually most can goods have MSG as preservatives or as taste enhancer..dili gyud ni malikayan ang MSG

what material is best for chopping boards? would you use a different one for meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables?
We have wood and plastic but they tend to get smelly even with religious cleaning.
