@senpai: I think 80% of the schools here in cebu are anti-students. stricto man gyud! labi na kung catholic school! ingon ana gyud na ang mga "adult-brains" / "utok-adult" dili maka-understand sa mga students.
@13: how about asking some suggestion to some of the lawyers.... or make a research paper about it and make some strong objectives about having an anime "chuva". if it doesnt work, pag-rally mo or make a signature campaign about the anime "chuva". the signature campaign does work, labi na sa mga politicians
