Maybe the quality went down because the bakers are filipinos now. You should try the one in tokyo shinjuku station.
I will buy again this week to see if indeed the quality went down.

Problem is the korean owner was not there and now mostly employees are baking. I notice the quality go down a bit with the outer shell very slightly overbaked. That slight overbake is enough to change the taste for me. So from 9 rating I give it an 8 comparing to the 10 of japanese chou creams. Lol. I'm a picky food critic.
I posted before that this could happen. That is the problem with filipino food. Quality is below standard.
