Water has an oxygen atom but it doesn't necessarily mean we can metabolize it through breathing.

We need "Oxygen" and to be specific we need O2 (two atoms of oxygen) for basic gas diffusion ang cell respi.

It's O2 since oxygen is diatomic at room temp. Dili man tngali specifically needed 2 atoms of oxygen. Air man gud ato i-breathe so dala na na ang diatomic molecules sa O2 ug CO.
