If water has oxygen why not we can't breath?
because water is not oxygen
just because you have oxygen with something doesnt mean you can breathe it.
lol. this post made me laugh
too much air will kill ya~ hehehe!
sa ka dense sa H20 + the salts, the metals and the like mao na liquid ang tubig. Ni close ang molecules hehe.
Question: Can we drink PURE water?![]()
hahaha, we only designed to breath Oxygen in Gas with inert materials, Oxygen + Hydrogen is in liquid form.
@moymoy, yes we can drink pure water, the impurities of water are only the TDS, chlorides... etc , if you boil it and collect the vapor, that is distilled water and its pure, you have to have some minerals on it thats why we have a Mineral water in the Store... hehehehe
because we are not fish which has gills which extracts O2 in water (medium)
because we are humans which has lungs which extract O2 in air (our medium)
but maybe in the future.. Artificial gills (human) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
if the common table salt have sodium and chlorine but why we don't die even the two elements are poisonous? basta mag bond na ang mga elements dili nana pareho characteristics
Because fish doesn't have lungs... IYKWIM.![]()
Yes, we can sa liquid form...when we're still in the womb but as our lungs are being contracted while we are delivered, we now breathe in air (gas form) and use nostrils to the lungs.
"In post-natal breathing, blood circulates from the heart, to the lungs, then out to the body. As the blood reaches the lungs, it takes in oxygen and filters out carbon dioxide. In prenatal breathing, or fetal circulation, the oxygen arrives in the mother's blood, via the umbilical cord. The umbilical capillaries in the placenta filter the oxygen from the mother's blood to the fetal blood stream and filters carbon dioxide from the fetal blood to the mother's blood stream. The oxygenated blood flows to the fetal heart but, instead of flowing out to the lungs, the blood remains in the heart and circulates through the fetal body. The fetal heart has a special opening between the right and left atria of the heart called the foramen ovale. The foramen ovale allows blood to bypass the lungs and flow directly to the left atrium and ventricle, and out to the fetal body. The blood then returns to the fetal heart and exits the umbilical vein to the mother's blood stream."
