That this is indeed a real notice from a law firm outsourced by Innove.

But look at the grammar:

"WE R SORRY TO INFORMD U" - informed you? past tense?

Pakauwaw man lang ka Atty Davide, taronga na ug text, jejemon man na imo style.
Ilisi na imong secretary uy, sagul sagul capital ug small letters.
Is this the way a "law firm" composes a legal notice?

If this were true, Innove better look for a better firm.

nya wla nko nabayaran for 3 months kai wla naman pud ug gamit..
akong utang kai 2,200 nya giaddan ug collecting agent charge.. nahimong 3,000..
wla na nko gibayaran kay plano nko ipadisconect ruh..
nya nkadawat ko ug letter from a collecting attorney office..
mga first week of september man guro to stating na if
dli daw nko mabayaran ang amount kai masubject daw ko for legal action
nya mga last week naa koy nareceive na txt from one Robert Tan from LDRP daw

Me, persOnally im a GLOBE BROADBAND SUBSCRIBER, perO bagO pa lang jud q nag subscribe sa internet nila... 900 aq mOnthly sa net.. wala nuOn koy reklamO sa CONNECTION sa GLOBE kay kusOG naman sad nuOn, depends On the LOCATION pOd... right nOw, wala pq ka encOunter anang txt msg na ingOn ana kay bagO paman sad gud q... sO if time also COmes na mahitabO na ingOn ana simbakO lang pOd palayO kay at least kabalO nq daan and naa nkOy na learn sa kani na thread...
