    I agree, no sugar cereals. But the ones I mentioned, Special K, or whatever else without sugar or any of its substitutes are ok.

    sa special k ni na nutrition facts ang ako gi butang.. marketing strat tingali ni sa company.. para dili dako ang paminawon and di pud sila ma kiha.. ila nalng gi pa gamay..

    Before dako kaayo ko, I'm 5'9'' before timbang ko ug 190 lbs, karon 175 lbs na lang ko, akong sekreto more in vegies ra, hinay2 na sa sugar, sinukod ang rice, more on meat with less fat,unya 2-3 hours jogging mahapon, everyday gyud na.

    I started cutting down on my food intake since mid-May for my bestfriend's wedding last week of July, I lost 11 pounds in 2 months. I only eat rice once a day the the rest of the meals are mostly veggies, meat or fruits. I only do minimal physical activities like walking, shooting hoops or stair-hikes.
