naa lang ko question, do you prepare your own meals? it's much easier man gud to keep fit that way because you know what you're taking in, and because most of the foods we're used to are known to be oily and fatty. unfortunately, it's either a choice between cheap, unhealthy food and more expensive, but healthier food.
and in your list, wala kaayo ka nag cardio but focused on weights. cardio's a great way to lost weight and keep your heart healthy too. as a girl, I'd prefer that kay d ko ganahan dagko kaau ug muscles hehe...
Yes, most of the food I ate was prepared by me or my family. Sometimes, you HAVE to eat outside, sometimes I had to eat at macdo but I would just get a water and a chicken sandwich. It isn't healthy, but if you gotta eat, you gotta eat.

I didnt go into much detail with the weights, actually. When I did weights, I performed my workouts as quick as possible. Meaning, I would only rest 15-20 seconds between each exercise. In this way, I am capable of performing a cardio workout while working on weights since I will be constantly active. To do this, I reduced the weight of most of my workouts so I wouldnt be fatigued too easily, but still panting in between workouts.

It's a matter of doing whats best for you. Women should stick to cardio of course, but throwing in weights once in a while gives your body a shock, meaning that it's doing something new, and you will definitely be working your body harder even if it's as simple as doing a 5lbs bicep curl.

What I suggest, but didn't do, is mix it up. Run, Swim, play a sport, lift weights, etc. Always keep your body guessing.

Yes, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can always space them out into 5 meals, Small breakfast, snack, small lunch, snack, small dinner.

I found it easier to eat 3 times a day lang, less worrying about meals, hehe.

Forgot to mention. The last picture I posted was the time when my diet consisted of alot of DimSum Break. I would only order 1 rice bowl as a meal, hehe.

It's a complete meal inside a plastic container. I ate that if I wasn't able to make something for myself.

I was the same way. 3 years before i finally lost the weight, i kept exercising randomly, and eating good randomly, it was never something I did faithfully. I got tired of my lifestyle and finally forced myself to do it.

Breakfast, I usually had oatmeal and a banana, or just oatmeal. Sometimes I just had soymilk.

Lunch was much more bearable; i usually had grilled foods if I was home, such as chicken or beef, with vegetables and brown rice. My lunch wasn't really strict, but I was still strict on no fried foods, no sugar, low fat, and low carbohydrates. Just imagine what falls into those catagories, those types of food will be avoided.

Dinner was the same with lunch, avoid fast food, processed food, etc.

The days which I wasn't going to utilize the food I ate, such as my off day for the gym, I would just eat peanuts for a lunch meal, and a very small dinner. There is no point in eating alot of healthy food if you aren't going to the gym to use the energy you just consumed.

If you need a better idea of what to be eating during a strict diet, you can go to menshealth.com

Oatmeal is very hard to eat, especially because of its consistency; very syrupy, its like eating wet rice.

I have been eating oatmeal every morning since I can remember. I don't enjoy it, but it's something to fill my stomach until lunch time. Otherwise, daghan mg kaun sa lunch time.

If oatmeal doesn't work, cereal is good. Special K, or whole wheat cereals, etc. Low fat milk of course as well.

A fruit in the morning is fine too, maybe 2 bananas.
