im not all that big.. but dili man ko maka daog sa akong lawas kung mag SET UP ko oi.. hahah.. kiddin.. i meant SIT UP! hehehh

There are actually a lot of variations for abdominal exercise, sit-ups is just one of them. Actually sit-ups are not that effective compared to other type of exercises. Use Google in finding some of them and couple it with cardio activities, the abdominal area will improve.
