The real Top reason and problem is Colonial Mentality!

Why? coz cge ta compare to other countries..
maayu pa ang singapor.. US, Dubai etc...

tan-aw nato sa foreigners and their govt. heaven!

We should change that..start to love our culture and traditions..
We should develop our skills from what we are..
We should stop being slaves by foreign countries..

in my own opinion, if we want change try to begin with ourselves....It's a good thing that FILIPINOS are not war freak like those in MIDDLE EASTERN people coz if we do grabe kagubot ang PILIPINAS....Try to begin and reflect it in ourselves....what's good for ourselves......
