bro ako kay...no rice ko..pero oat meal ko morning and lunch but for dinner wala na..
no sodas only water na warm
fruits/vegetables.

i was sedentary jud for several months esp pagbalik nakog work sa call center. during my shift (of course nightshift) mag sige lang ug kaon kada break, unya mag lingkod lang baya ka the whole time, ang kan on pa jud is carbo or high fat foods, samot. in the morning, inig off, mokaon sa ug balik kay gigutom na pud before matulog. matulog ra the whole time ug momata lang para mo duty nasad. unsaon man tawn pag burn sa gikaon ana oi? naa bitaw mga taw nga suerte kay bisan unsa ilang kan on dili man mosaka ang timbang. padayun lang gihapon ko sa akong diet and exercise. pahuway sa ko today kay na ulanan kos abellana yday ug gi sip on na hinuon ko. pero nag lakaw2 ko sulod sa mall ug pag pauli nako nag baktas lang ko at least burn few calories. nanglimpyo pud ko sa among house. pero tomorrow early morning, mag jogging na pud ko. i wish to hit 60kg by the 1st week of oct. 63kg pa man ko karon. i started at 67, grabe hehe

naa kay discipline ug determination..mao mn jd na ang pinaka-lisud na mindset gd sa weight loss.. kay most people want fast results..
i was also big before.. i tried kanang slimming pills.. super dieting.. and all others.. mo work cya for a time pero wala mobalik dayon..
i started really losing weight wen I joined capoeira.. and the purpose was not even for losing weight.. na interesado jd ko sa sport.. nya mao na to after a couple of months kay people started noticing na nigamay na dw ko.. nya ako kay di pa japon ko ka-notice kay I feel healthy man.. lately na ko naka-realize na nigamay na jd diay ko kay nigamay na akong bukton.. hahahaha..
pero disiplina lang jd kay ang effort mn gd mag exercise.. Krn kay ni stop na ko sa capoeira.. I exercise na lang on my own.. nya healthy diet japon..
nyt shift mn sd ko for forever years now.. hahaha.. pero I dont give in to the "sleepiness" right away.. I make it a point to move around..if di sa office kay sa house ... makatabang mn sd cyag pagamay sa wieight..
nya kani jd nuon mao ni akong buhaton for hot water/warm water before and after eating.. di ko feeling bloated after..
and instead of coffee. mag green tea kay it cleanses man sd gd the insides.. and water..
cge lang sis.. mosabay nya ko nimo 1 time sa jogging/ tae bo sa abellana..![]()

ako i lost weight due to lack of sleep. pero still, gamay ra sab ang us-os
Enjoy life nlng!!! Ug feeling nimo ganahan ka mokaon, then go for it! Life is short...hehe..

^^ mas ma shorten lagi pud ug magpalabi ka. there is indeed joy in eating pero once the illness sets in, wala nakay freedom makaon ang imong gusto. i guess moderation is the key. gawas pa, if u r use to the healthy diet, mawala man sad ang imong cravings for the unhealthy junkies, fried and highly sweet foods. naa bayay mga sweet foods nga dili maka cause ug weight gain, apple is sweet, sweet potato which is high in fiber. once a week i let myself indulge in anything i want para dili pud grabe kaau ka strict ang diet but i would feel better and happier to be able to wear a two piece bikini and look good in it. being healthy and fit is a choice. besides, its a known fact nga mas dali taptan ug sakit ang overweight and obese people. no offense. i am overweight myself
