Who else to blame but the government! Corruption starts in the government. We are not accountable for the shortcomings of this country, it's the government. The citizens has a great share of its resources by paying taxes directly or indirectly. It's the job of the government in order for every filipino to attain quality education, in order for us not to be referred as stupid.
In a nutshell, we pay the taxes, leave everything to the government!
OT:
Another HATE thread gikan sa numero unong pinoy hater diri sa istorya. Mods, take attention.
@ FLORIDA BLANCA ....
- Your thread constitutes RACISM . WHy ? Because all your statements about the STUPIDITY of the FILIPINOS to be exact and specific are geared toward a common basis of ACTIONS that are also present amongst AMERICANS , CANADIANS , MIDDLE EASTERNS , AFRICANS , LATINOS , ENGLISHMEN etc .
- Why do you put the blame on the GOVERNMENT ? Regardless if the budget of EDUCATING , INFORMING and ISNTILLING KNOWLEDGE on the masses will reach to the billions , if the CITIZENS chose not to DISCIPLINE theirselves , it will be useless . A very good example is the RH BILL and the PRO LIFE ADVOCACY . Both has good and bad sides but if the typical Juan would ignore these , still bear children more than they could raise defeats the purpose .
- Its your RESPONSIBILITY to let us know what to do since you seem to know something that can solve problems of our country . If you can adientify the problem , definitely you can also forcast the solution .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
The government does share a big portion of the blame, but the individual himself, too, plays a role in the way life rolls out.
Corruption, lack of education, etc - which all leads to the so called "stupid" mentality of people is common in MANY countries, and not only in the Philippines.
We can't save the world.![]()
the best we can do after witnessing situations of people who go through hardships and wrong decisions is pick up a lesson or two from their stories and learn from it, rather than criticizing them or the government. Give the less fortunate credit for still being able to work for a living even if "life is hard" - they're not giving up on it just yet.
TS.. you are the government... since the filipinos opted for democracy then YOU are the government.. don't blame the government, blame yourself as well.. start blaming the government if you are not a PART of the government...
since you do nothing about the stupidity of your so called filipinos, you're as stupid as everybody else.. blessed those people who know nothing but respect the dignity of his kind.
being consistent then, stupid filipinos constitute a stupid you..

First Question: The "stupidity" of the Filipinos can be seen in general. Ever wondered why Erap still was able to garner second place during the last presidential elections? The filipino people has already ousted him. Filipinos even went out of the busy streets of EDSA to call for his resignation. A decade has passed, and Erap ran for a presidential post and surprisingly, on the second place! Does that mean the wrath is gone? After the plunder, corruption, not to mention the drinking sessions during his stay in the malacanang. How easy for the Filipino people to be forgetful! That gives me a shadow of the doubt if these Filipinos are really using their minds when choosing leaders? Choosing a womanizer, a drunkard, and now, choosing an incompetent former senator and congressman who wasn't able to legislate a single law.
Second Question: My point is, no matter what our people do, if the government wouldn't be able to run this country the way it should be, it would be useless! One of our obligations as the citizen of this country is to pay our taxes. Taxes are used to defray the expenses of the government. Those expenses are supposed to be allocated for education, health care, social services, as long as the filipino people will benefit out of it. But look, are the taxes we're paying headed to a right path! I knew it, it's headed towards the crocs!
Third Question: My responsibility as a citizen? To pay the taxes and I guess that's enough. I'm leaving everything to the government.
A, grabeha pud pagka-generalize oy. Kun ato sundon kanang imong statement, stupid pud ka, TS. Kay filipino man ka. Unya nagpataka lang ka og himo ani nga thread without even being concerned whether what you did was right or wrong.
