HUmans are sometimes/oftentimes stupid in many ways.. and don't limit only to ONE RACE.

it's not my responsibility to lessen the stupidity of the filipinos, it's the responsibility of the government. now those officials who are seated in the government, should cook some ways on how to diminish the gradually increasing number of stupid filipinos. it's like this, we pay the paxes, let the government do what they should do instead of pocketing the money that's supposed to be allocated for funds for education, in order or lessen the idiocy!

I think it's more about each individual [common citizen, official, etc...] making the logical choice and take responsibility for their own actions and not rationalizing when making a mistake.

Filipinos just keep on doing the stupidest things without even being concerned whether what they do is right or wrong. Rather, they defend everything they do as right.
