gamay raman ug toki users, i doubt lang sad ha you will use the video feature paired with uwa lens, besides if dli mo auto-focus dali raman mag-manual basta capable lang imo lens
@pranc
if naa ka sa US imo raman ipa re-calibrate/update firmware sa imo 3rd party lens, lahi lang ang scenario if wla ka didto ky hassle kaayo sa shipment ug agony waiting before ma-uli imo lensso far common ni sa sigma ug d7k nga issue, most likely naa pod sa tammy and toki but gamay ra ni-report or ang mga tammy ug toki users wla pa nag-upgrade to d7k
ambot unsay naa ani nga camera nga grabeh man ni-make ug buzz when it was released, it was even compared to the mighty 7D hehehehehe mis-matched lang nuon pro dli dako ang biya![]()
nka try nko sa tokina UWA lens w/D7K body mo autofocus man cya braw no prblm gyud hehehehehe...... mo invest nagyud ko aning mananapa.......
seems this third party lens compatibility issue with this cam is limited to older 3rd party lens. i mean lens manufactured around 2 yrs ago going back, where their system or firmware is not yet upgraded to the latest versions. most reported problems come from users using their old 3rd party lenses, but those who have bought the same kind of lens but manufactured within 2 years we not showing this problem...
its not nikon's problem but these lens manufacturer's issue of catching up with the latest technology today which the new batches are already equipped. bro hayden is also right, it can be resolved by sending your old lens to it's service center and have its firmware updated or recalibrated. im just not sure if these centers exist in the phils..
