PC won't boot, No POST, no Beeps

this is what i did recently:
1. reseat all components, clean all from dust ---. no post/beep gyapon
2. change PSU - no post/beep gyapon

Mobo jud guba ani? or naa pa lain nga wala nako na check

ako na giilisan PSU 500w, dili gyapon mo boot/beep

Possible points of failure - PSU, Mobo, memory.....

since nag change ka ug PSU, then wala gihapon mo beep, then it's possible that your mobo is dead. check for bulging capacitors in your mobo.

base on my visual inspection on the mobo, particularly the capacitor, everything looks find visualy no bulging or anything. is it posible that mobo is defective eventhough their are no signs of damage components? if yes, naa pa kaha ron available brandnew na mobo para sa socket 939?
