on a personal note, though my entire clan are lawyers, with 3 judges and a fiscal, i don't want to waste my time talking about legalities because personally i am not a lawyer.

the acquisition and timing is very questionable.

i'll tell you this much, a very close relative can have a titled lot transferred to another person's name citing all the legal BS up to the Supreme Court. Who are his "clients"? governors, congressmen and senators mostly in Luzon. that is what i mean by "seem legal" not morally and ethically right but LEGAL and they can very well do it because they are in power.

so don't tell me the garcias cannot pull that kind of stunt too. otherwise, let's stop this discussion because if you will say NO, you are just insulting my intelligence and it will make you appear as a garcia loyalits, worst their media mercenary saying that the Supreme Court cannot be bought.

ang pangutana, was the SC bought then on this issue? do u even have one article perhaps to back up ur claim? if not, what u r just doing is making glittering generalities...argumentum ad populurum.

the SC can be bought? op kors anybody can be bought if they want to, including ur relatives who are lawyers, fiscals, and judges. but then again, ang pangutana, did it really happen or not? was there proof or not? is it just hearsay, a rumor or not? These are questions that a good thinking person would make before they opine.

Thankfully, i don't make general assumptions either. I opine from valid facts. and that doesn't make me a Garcia loyalist, mind u.

Unsa pa man ang angayan mahayan nga nakita naman nato nga dunay investor nga mosugod na ug develop sa SRP. Lisod baya mangita ug dagkong investor karong panahona nga mo invest sa ilang kwarta tungod sa World Economic downturns nya niay pamilya ni Pabling Garcia nga molawgaw dira.
Kon mo atras man gani ang FLI seguradong daghan mga Sugbuanon maglagot aning mga Garcia ug daghan na unyang mo kampanya agianst aning mga pamilyaha sa next year election kay mga Crab Mentality ug morag dili mga Cebuano. Angay hinumduman sa mga pamilyang Garcia nga dili ra ba si Tomas ang mobayad sa Loan sa SRP kundi kitang mga Sugbuanon. Ayaw nalang mo pag samok anang SRP, pag develop nalang mog inyoha didto sa province like Cordova or Talisay kay nakabalo na ang mga Sugbuanon nga panimalos ra na inyoha kang Tomas. Ayaw nalang town ninyo idamay ang maayong kaugmaon sa mga batan-on karon, please.
