    Sent a sea cargo package thru Sky Freight - Al Khobar, K.S.A. last 27 Jan. 2011. SFF committed cargo be delivered 60 days the most. So, my estimate is 31 Mar. 2011. Went on vacation 14 Mar. 2011, but 31 Mar. has passed no info reackage nor can track. Started inquiry and only did I learn that the container which contains my package failed to be loaded by their shipping agent, which is not my concern.

    They should have informed me right away when the container wasn't loaded and not wait until I make the inquiry? No corrective action was taken by SFF inorder to maintain the committed delivery date.

    To tell you frankly, I don't have any remorse nor fear of losing my Saudi job as I can find more around or out of the kingdom. In fact, I already resigned 2 years ago and was just asked to return last year. My company knows well that anytime I like, I can resign on my own will. Meaning, I don't depend on this job as I can live happily in our beloved country, forever.

    And how about you? Are you willing to go down with me to hell? Are you afraid of my campaign as you will lost valuable clients and once this will get worst, will affect your job? Do you have already in place your crisis management or damage control rolling? I challenge you to pressure my employer inorder that my employment will be terminated. At any rate, my campaign will go on and as of this writing, I have some testimonies received and these individuals are willing to speak out the truth regarding what happened to their packages. I am also going to keep in touch to some OFWs who had been victimized, not just in Saudi alone, but also in Qatar and other countries which your company operate. How's it? Remember Mr. Gonzales, your company is ISO certified, eh?

    I just learned today in this email of the new schedule of shipment or shall we say another untruthful information in the part of SF. tsk tsk!..very disappointing indeed. The last time I called them (Al Khobar branch) few days back was that the cargo will arrive in Manila 7th of April 2011 and now according to this email string will be extended until 1st week of May 2011? We'll gonna wait 1 month more?..Very very exasperating!

    Hope this will be a lesson for us.

    I am on vacation until 24th of April only. I planned the timing of the package's
    arrival during my vacation but because of this shortcoming of which I have
    nothing to blame but your company.

    I can't believe you people considering your different and inconsistent reasons
    and justifications. You have lost my trust and so with my colleagues. At first,
    I requested a colleague of mine at Al Khafji to call your Al Khobar Branch and
    he was told that the cargo has already reached Manila 31st of March and will
    require a week more to reach its destination. Then, I received an SMS from a
    certain Ms. Borromeo of Skyland that my cargo was never loaded though I was on
    the list which was caused by some system error, according to her. If not for my
    inquiry, you won't bother to inform me or act on it.

    Simple ra man ang rule, if you are ready to take the risk then be ready also to accept the consequence.

    Ang pagkawagtang sa item either pre-departure, while transporting or may it be during offloading or distribution.

    mao bani atong kakuyawan ba padala ug items gkan sa gwas.. i remember box padala sa akong anti giablihan sad although wla noon kaau to mga precious items pero naka parat lang kay ang tanan sinina nga naa didto pwerte jud basaa. nalata nalng gud ang mga zipper sa shorts ky naa man sad to sabon na sinako..

    Naa diay to isa ka billiard board nga nwala pero gi reklamo sa akong aunti didto dili na nila ma trace daw pero ilaha noon giilisan ug lain nga billiard table. pero bati na kompara sa nawla

    Yes mga brad, these incidents are inevitable jud. Kaloy-an lang ko sa Ginoo, sa diha pako sa Cargo industry usual complaint mareciv namo is delayed shipment lang di parehas ako amiga nagpadala sa laing cargo ang 1 ka dosena ng aplato nahimong tulo ka dosena pagdeliver sa Davao.paet!

    Mao nga LBC jud ko bisag mahal kay na obserbaran nko nga gikan sa pagkuha sa Box gikan sa lain nasud hangtud sa pagdawat sa box dha sa pinas puro direct mga tawo sa LBC, dali ra ma trace - minos ang kawat.

    Depende ra jud sa timing bro, kay I had a bad experienced with LBC.
