    ako kay dako kaau bukton dili tungod sa muscle kun dili sa fats. hehehehehe!

    ako routine sa workout para pagamay kay basic biceps and triceps routine lang pero kadtong gaan nga dumbbells. tag 5lbs lang arsaha, daghana lang ang repetitions and sets. ex. 30 to 50 repetitions 3 sets or 4 sets.

    mao judna ako problema ang bukton...ingnun ko nila murag wrestler..buy ko tshirt/blouse masangit jud sa bukton kay ho-ot.

    ayaw pag exercise or in short pag tinapolan. less muscle activity leads to muscle atrophy
