    It's called archive spanning, not panning. lol You can break it up using Winrar in however many pieces you want.

    try file splitters/joiners...google lang. I tried hjsplit, ok ra man. dapat naa pud siya hjsplit para ma join niya ug balik.
    i email niya ang hjsplit nga application...free ra man tingali ni..gamay kaayo na nga application..

    or get the ip of your recipient, then upload directly to his computer.

    You can't compress that is already compressed. Video itself is compressed already, what's the point of compressing?

    There are HUNDREDS of video formats, different qualities and different encodings. Except for video raw capture, that is real "raw", that consumes a lot of HARD DISK CAPACITY.
    If you want to change its size, then CONVERT it, using a video converter.
