mp3's are already compressed bro..para mapagamay nmo ang file size,imo adjust iya sampling rate.Downside is modegrade ang iya quality.

download ka og converter ana para sa cell phone... mp3 to para sa celphone.. 3gp man siguro na if wala ko masayop lang...

You could use a better audio format such as AAC or OGG that sounds the same with lower bitrate than MP3 format thus will result to a smaller file.

But I think AAC is only supported by some phones natively.
To play OGG files you need a symbian phone and use oggplay http://symbianoggplay.sourceforge.net .

sorry bro karon pa ko ka log-in balik..Pwede ra na cya sa mp3 naay dropdown box dha para usab sa bitrate etc..just play with the dropdowns and try different setting.Pwede ra nimo magamyan ang file pero mubati ang sound quality ana.
