PLDT filing a case against me even i dont have a account anymore

Bros thnx sa advices nag duha2X lng gyud ko bayad aning 5.7Kphp murag ko gi kawatan gyud sa PLDT only used it for a couple of weeks human gi pa disconnect nko wala man sila ni hatag contact or anything karon ragyud hapit na mag 2 years sila nag hatag ani na piss off gyud akong adlaw hahays pero if wala choice bayad nlng ko pero ad2 sako sa PLDT office nlng ask ko na why ni ok ra sila ani human gi backstab ko sa likod

Here's the story last year i applied for a landline with broadband PLDT and then since our subdivison cant or they say handle the area they offered me the wireless internet and landline bundle which i get and after 2weeks of frustration i go to their office and complaint and then i said i wanted to disconnect the account or close it they said 1year lock period right but the head of the office or i presume to be told me to write a letter and then everything will be alright then i did they thought i cant make a letter i was 19years old at that time i pass it to the office and then they said its already ok so i returned the telephone and internet modem and POP! after a year later and a half going 2 years i guess i recieved a letter from PLDT that i should pay 5.7Kphp if not i will be blacklisted and might have difficulty leaving the country the letter was not from PLDT it was from a lawfirm but still dude this sucks anyways this happen today 4pm any advices?

Ako naka experience sad ko ani,kay wala ko nasatisfied sa ila service, ako clang gsure nga if ever magpataod ko balik dli bako hasslelon.Gpa write pod ko ug letter, 2 copies akong gihimo gpa received nako nila ang isa then akoa ang isa, para supporting ko
kon duha man gani problema sa umaabot.

Naay point ang uban nag-comment. Pwede raman ka dili mubayad. Naa bitaw uban diha daku kaayo utang sa credit card, sigi lang padala og notice gikan sa lawyer pero wala gihapon gikiha sa court.

ako sa globe sa una kay dili sad ko satisfied sa ila services pero ako na lang gipadayon till nahuman ang 1 year contract kay bisan unsaon, la nako mahimo kay ni agree og ni pirma man ko sa contract. puwede ra pa putol pero mo pay ka termination fee.

kun dili jud ka ganahan mo pay bro, puwede ra man, dili man ka mapriso pero ma blacklisted jud no on ka. pero i don't think so ma apektuhan if mo biyahe ka sa gawas sa nasud kay na man sad ko kaila nga naay same problem nimo pero naka biyahe ra man outside the country. ang credit line/status ra ang maapektuhan.

wa jd nay au ang pldt. krn nga month gipaputol nko ang unit after 2 yrs nko gamit sa ilang service. very bad service jd.

giputlan mi internet bisag on time mi mobayad. then kada send sa bill notice of disconnection na. mao to giconsult nko sa ilang cust service nga way klaro.

Gingnan ko nga naa daw sila overdraft. Akong gingnan ipa adjust nko akong account kay so far wako na miss nga billing period sa ila.pro after 2 days giputlan japon ko. na alkansi ko since im a freelancer which I work at home. so needed jd kaau nko ang internet.

gi adto nko sa pldt jones, nangasaba ko sa ilang billing section didto. nkita sa akong records nga sa usa ka buwan ka duha ko nila gicharge. pag adto nko 3000 plus akong byronon after nko reklamo nahimo nlng 60 pesos ang akong utang. Pataka lang jd na sila ug charge.

Way au jd nga service. So ayaw jd kahadlok ana ilang mga kaso2x.ky sila gai dapat kasuhan tungod sa kabati sa ilang service.

We have the same bad experience with PLDT. I'm a Subscriber for 3yrs now and last May 2011 i opted to upgrade my service to 1Mbps from a 512 bundled DSL plan. Ni call ko sa 171 and had my request done and not more than 3 days change daun ako plan from php990 to php1600 a month so i was happy since pas pas au then i was expecting change daun ako speed to 1 Mbps since charge na gud daun ko sa new plan plus prorated charges. 10 days past since na change ako monthly plan to Php1600 but ako speed 512 lang gihapon. So i called almost every other day na to follow up with my service kay alkanse nako but they kept transferring me sa tech na wa lain ipa buhat but power cycle imu modem then blah blah blah promise cla naa na troble ticket. One month past but wa gihapon na change ako speed and the best part na charge ko sa php1600 and the prorated charges. What the!!!! And to think i called almost every other day.

So after a month and few days of calling and waiting i decided to have my service changes reverted back to my old plan 990 but the best part i was still ask to pay the pro-ration charges and the one month service. Wahhhhhhh! Then to top everything naa pa jud downgrade fee.

Karun naka receive kog legal letter demanding for me to pay all those charges which is unjustly charge. I currently consulting a legal counsel on this issue especially i'm processing a visa and i don't wanna have this stupid issue affecting my Visa.


THESE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW WE ARE NO SOME DUMB ASSES WHO WILL JUST TAKE THEIR STUPID CHARGES.

Wait lang og 4-5 comments na same experience sa PLDT like your situation. Kung most of them didn't pay and nothing happened.

Don't pay them. Dili raba lalim mangita og kwarta.

Relax, gamay rana ang kantidad sa imo problem. Ako kaila more than 100K utang sa Credit Card. Wala gihapon ni-abot sa court. 3 yrs na gali. Nothing happened.

i have 60k plus na bill from pldt and pila na to ka trial court ilang g mention sa letter nila..

till now buhi pa ko.. so ayaw ka hadlok hehehe..

and here i thought i was the only one.... wahahahahaha....

murag 6 nani ka demand letter naa nako.....globe and pldt... wahahahahaha....

lol me to i thought i was only the one istoryan dude naka recieve aning unjust letter i mean lisod nakayu kwarta ron and e Dugmok pagyud nila ang customers nila dapat na loyal i mean family namo PLDT gyud for 17years and after ani balhin mi balay diri na nag problema
