Class Suit Case against Globe

I made this thread for those Globe Broadband subscribers who are willing to file a class suit case against Globe with the following agenda:

1. A failure on providing an excellent broadband internet services which also include the problem on intermittent telephone connection

2. A failure on informing the subscribers the true technical status of their technological services which i personally consider defective and inefficient

3. A demand for a money back guarantee for the unfulfilled excellent services.

i have some reasons why you complain to GLOBE LINES... the following

1. i think is your location too far from the main city CEBU

2. not too good connection in your area for DSL.

3. less CONTROL BOX or STATION... example.. its like a big storage type thing in your area.

4. i guess there a lot of extension phones in your house.

This is an update regarding our plan to file a class suit case against Globe Telecommunication.

I was able to talk to DTI Consumer Act just this afternoon, I was advised that this case should be filed at National Telecommunication Commission.

All we need is to make a Complaint affidavit, then attached herein are the

Especially in lapu-lapu.... VERY PRONE to CORROSION due to the sea...

they, knowing these problems are very much expected, should have made some interventions regarding this... if you had a hardware newly bought and had some problems, and when you bring it them, they just tell you, "SIR, MAGUBA MAN JUD NI SILANG MGA BUTANG SOONER OR LATER", you woudn't be on your way home smiling..

as a business firm, they shou;d know there responsibilities.. prone to corrosion due to sea breeze isn't a valid reason.. they KNOW that it's prone to corrosion, so WHY NOT DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT?

don't offer broadband service to lapu-lapu....
