    oh how i wish naa ko ngana kadako nga kwarta...hehehhe...pro studyante pmn gd ko ko....if mahuman na cguro kog skwela,then naa na work,makaya na ni nako..ehhheh

    bitaw kay pareha paman ta estudyante joging2 lang sah ta nya gym2. pero kung di najud mada ad2 nlng ta og butcher pa laplapan na2 gamay atong tyan. ahahah

    go to gym every other day, have a gaining program, eat 5-6 a day, multivitamins and drink whey gainer 3x a day. good luck bro.
