    I also have dysmenorrhea every month since high school. I usually take pain relievers para dali mawala. Pero knowing nga naa jud side effects ang tambal, i tried to find alternative ways. Palit ko og hot water bag, sudlan init tubig then ibutang sa puson. Nice kaau ang effect esp. f padung naka tulog, so relaxing.

    i also have this problem very bad and i always rely on pain reliever, i take PANADENE 3-5min after taking wala na sakit..but my friends always tell me to exercise especially if close na sa imo menstruation day i did it and i noticed it really help.

    i usually take 2tablets of midol .. dili nako madutlan ug isa ra ka midol. hehe nya after 30mins kay tulog nako..nig mata nako kay wala na ang sakit.
