    Default Pus-On Blues


    hey, any suggestions how to get rid of those fatty pus-ons (lower abs).. huhuhuhu.. faet jud. especially when girls have their period or after their period or before the period, modako jd na cya lagi. any preventive measures? i've tried exercises for this pero wala lang ghapon!!! waaaaaaaaaaa.. should i stay forever gifted or naa pa ni mahimo? whehhehee..

    @thisbe: we have the same problem... I guess gifted lang gyud ta. hehe! bisan moniwang ko, di gyud mogamay ug apil!!! But I noticed b4 when I did some leg raises and ab exercises, ni gamay siya gamay... but wa gyud ma totally eliminated. Karon, gikapoy nakog exercise ani... bahala nalang uy. Try our best lang gyud nga di kaayo manambok para di kaayo modako...

    DIET (preferably low carb) and cardio... mao ra na... within your period, its only temporary.. so dont worry...

    Crunches, Leg raises(for abs) = is like doing dumbbell bicep curls to build muscles in your BICEP area, its not reducing ab fats... if it does burn fats, then it burns super duper minimal amount of fats (overall) NOT ab fats...

    st@rr: "ni gamay siya gamay" yes, coz you were enrolled @ fitness first before, and they have really nice cardio machines... hehehe...

    @crash: actually, ni gamay siya when I exercised here at home... MWF badminton for 2 hours then AB exercises everyday for 2 weeks sa house, then diet sad... no carb at night. Nigamay siya ato... and not because of fitness first. But maybe ni gamay siya ato when I was still a member, but It's not that noticeable pa siguro... coz panagsa rako mo gym ato. haha. So, dili gyud ang fitness first ang reason ato...

    @starr: hahaha.. hayyy salamat, naa na jud naka feel sa akong nafeel..maski unsaon pagamay di jud cya.. and i mean natural pagamay ha.. dili operation..hehehe.. hayy faet.

    @crashburn: dy, i've done those leg raises na baya jud.. lisud na kaayo!!! di jud.

    thisbeÂ* basin sa genes na nimo...if it runs in your family chances are you'll get it. no matter how u diet and work out or maski unsa nimo kaniwang.Â* i have the same problem even before i gave birth.Â* trust me iÂ* went to yoga and pilates classes.Â* that don'tÂ* even includeÂ* the cardio ang diet.Â* mogamay lang but notÂ* totally flat...then mobalik ug di nimo ma maintainÂ*.Â* dawata nalng na...hehe...but don't stop working out aron di mosamot.

    @crash: yeah... never said it was. hehe.

    I'll resume my exercise na gyud... tapolan lang gyud kaayo usahay.

    @thisbe: double time lang gyud ang exercise... and dapat consistent. Bati kung putol putol... dili gyud mo work.

    @lindsay: bitaw noh, basin inherent pud na sa amo family...waaaaaaaaa.. dako baya pus-on ako inahan! siyet! chaun na lang. ge lang, exercise na lang ko ani jud. di jud totally wagtang pero at least magamay gamay. hehehhee.. thanks thanks starr!
