i have tried karate before soo muscles jud naa sa akong arms..
pa push-up.pon mn me,mg sukmag2x..
as in, f mg sleeveless ko, ingonn ko nla nga boxer daw ko.
but for me, my arms are to big for my body..
normal rmn sd nuon akong busy size.
