    Dawat man japon.hehehe

    Some common questions:
    * Tell me about yourself
The most often asked question in interviews. You need to have a short
statement prepared in your mind. Be careful that it does not sound
rehearsed. Limit it to work-related items unless instructed otherwise.

    * What do you know about this organization?
This question is one reason to do some research on the organization
    before the interview.

    * Are you applying for other jobs?
Be honest but do not spend a lot of time in this area. Keep the focus
on this job and what you can do for this organization. Anything else is
    a distraction.

    * What kind of salary do you need?
A loaded question. A nasty little game that you will probably lose if
you answer first. So, do not answer it. Instead, say something like,
That’s a tough question. Can you tell me the range for this position?

    * How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
Specifics here are not good. Something like this should work: I’d like
it to be a long time. Or As long as we both feel I’m doing a good job.

    * Why should we hire you?
Point out how your assets meet what the organization needs. Do not
mention any other candidates to make a comparison.

    *Strength and weaknesses
Just make the answer for both positive.
You could say you tend to less social co'z your kinda workaholic.

    *Are you a team player?
You are, of course, a team player. Be sure to have examples ready.
Specifics that show you often perform for the good of the team rather
than for yourself are good evidence of your team attitude.

    *Do you have any question?
One question that you will definitely be asked in any job interview,
a question for which you should always prepare a response.
    Few samples:
What's expected from me within the first 3 months?
What are the qualifications of individuals who have excelled in this position or a similar position?
What would be the ideal personality of the individual you hire that would match your department's culture? Are there any strengths or weaknesses that stand out in particular?
Make sure you dont ask to many questions...Maybe 1 or 2 will do.

Preparation and confidence are your keys to acing the interview. .
    Goodluck.

    +(which is tinoud pd)
+na.realize ra nako after na that was wrong diay..pero kung wala ko ni.sulti sa tinoud

Well i guess you just have to state your greatest strength
    and least weakness.

When you something negative at least
take it back by saying something positive.

Let's say you have problem getting to work early but
you can stay late at the office.

    Just remember the 3 C's

    Be COOL
    Be CALM
    Be Confident

and know your words... or atleast know what you are talking about... know why you need the job and why they will give you the job

as an interviewer, it doesn't matter to me what you've answer. what matter is your sincerity. you just did not apply for the sake of having a job or because you've heard that this company offers above minimum salary, offers complete package of benefits, etc... but of course you are applying because you yourself will complete our line-up of personnel, to help boast the company's profile.

"overconfident" applicant is a no-no to me. keep it simple.

    --just my 2 cents--
