It has got nothing to do with the Government or any outside forces.
There are Rich people in good countries and there are Rich people who are in not good countries.
There are Rich people who are smart and there are rich people who are not smart.
There are Rich people who were already rich and there are rich people who came from nothing.
and ....

Its not about the economy or the government or who else you wanna blame, prosperity starts in the mind of the individual.
If you think that you can be prosperous or abundant in life then you will be. because if you change your mind set then it will change your life.
Think positive! Think that you are rich and soon your actions will change that will guide you to that path.
Remove those programs about money is evil, money is for the rich, its hard to acquire money. remember that whatever your think, you create.
