To answer your question TS... maybe some of your problems ma solve but no most of it.

The problem is within ourselves, and our working attitude. But transferring to a new company does provide you with a good fresh start, somewhat improving your job performance and other things.

I admit, I was a very different employee now compared 7 years ago, when I was still a fresh grad. I have some mistakes, but I learned from it. Right now, even if I'm a little experienced, I still continue to learn and improve.

Anyways...it solved mine. I was in a company for four years.
I always had a feeling that it was not for me.
The salary was low...mao ra...not so much sa pressure og stress.
I sticked around because I thought I had that much to learn pa.
They had a variety of technologies, both very old (legacy) and very new.
Which would be the primary reason I stayed.

But then when I moved to a new company, I am still learning a variety of technologies,
and I'm receiving really better pay, which solved a lot of problems.
Money tends to solve a lot of problems
Good for your then, kai na solved ang problem. Pinaka common jud nga problem is the salary.. mao mo transfer kag lain..

But in my part.. im thinking about the future / career growth. I will always think what will happen to me in this company if I will stay? does it gives me growth in the long term? or i will just remain as one of the "STAFF".

@anm - well you have the goal to make your own way soon once you have the right capital. so thats the reason you stay just to play safe isnt it?

@CocoCrunch - i agree.. its all about the money.. but you should consider the environment and the advancement of your career.

@Scott Bernard - you have a point, attitude is also a factor. so nag take kag enrichment courses?

TS: depende na sa rason nganong noundang ka sa company. ang uban kay gi boringan sa work, ang uban sad kay sweldo, naa say uban kay ang working environment.

so ang tubag if masolve ba ang problem if mo change ka og laing company, well sometimes yes, but most of the time no. You can always learn a lot on your current company if willing lang ka makat-on. Mosaka jud ka if you just concentrate on your job. My experiece is, di jud ko mohawa if i think nga naa pakoy daghan makat-onan sa company. My Goal everytime is to go up the corporate Ladder (salary was only 2nd over career for me). It is more on a personal challenge & motivation para sa ako kaugalingon. 3 pa ka company ako nasudlan (in almost 11 years in my profession), 2 locals & 1 out of the country..pero sa 2 ka local nako nga company giworkan, wa ko nihawa nga wa nisaka ako rank (& Pay). karon 5 years nako sa ako current company & still optimistic ko nga mosaka ra gihapon ako rank (plus pa ang sweldo). So for me, sa pag balhin nako, na solve jud ang ako problem. Iya-iyang discarte jud na og panan-aw TS. Oh, & if mosaka man gani ang isa ka tao kay tungod sip-sip or tungod naay kaila sa taas, temporary ra na..kay if di jud ka maayo sa imo work, you are already bound to fail...

I've been only able to work for two companies so far, but for both companies I intended to stick with them until I find out if I really am cut out for them...It's best to be content and work with what you have right now especially if you know that it would really work out in the long term. The disadvantage of always changing companies will be that you will always have to start all over again. And the latter reason is a good reason as to why you should choose a company which has a employee ladder to make sure you don't rot away in a position with no promotions...

dili pud baya tanan taw gusto ug promotion.. naa pud baya contento sa position
    example.

Aw oo, not all people ganahan mapromote, I am one of those who are contented with what I earn and with what my position is now. But generally speaking, most of us are looking for career growth since generally this means $$$$.
