i bought my eeepc las feb, at 17,500 dual core atom na. if you go below 13k mostly 3-cell battery lang, shorter battery hours. i planned of buying with 12 k budget before but i need longer battery hours thats why i stretched my budget.

the netbook recommended by Chipmunk888 got decent specs. the DDR3 ram is what makes it nice. plus the graphics card.
