Native y!m client on Asus Eee PC 4G

guys, naka try namo install sa debian y!messenger sa eee pc?

basin nana'y naka try na ninyo, sundogon na lang nako ang process before ko mu start ug solo flight ani. initially daghan uninstalled libs nga required sa y!m client for debian (eee pc has the debian etch as core by default)

Ang YM sa debian, basic ra kaayo. Walay file transfer, photo sharing, webcam og voice chat, bati pa jud ang UI. Kanang version sa Yahoo website mora'g sa tuig pa na sa irog-irog, wa na jud na i-update sa taga Yahoo. (anti-Linux man seguro na sila) So, dili worth sa imong kahago ang pag-install sa Debian nga YM.

Here are some replacements sa YM:

1. gyachi-maintained ni siya ug taga davao. With webcam, voice chat- the closest thing to YM.
2. kopete - file transfer, webcam
3. pidgin-text chat and file transfer only
3. qnext - voice chat, webcam, file transfer and lots, lots more though i haven't used it extensively (not a YM fan).

I'm not very familiar sa Asus eeePC and its OS though I know it's Linux so dili ko kahatag nimo ug how-to. But you can download the source and compile it yourself.
