if OFF ang light sa dsl, meaning walay service, walay filter g gamit? if naa try to check if sakto ba jd Line / Data, try sad tang tanga if mo ON imo dsl light, if wala gani, PLDT jd na nga issue. Ana jd na cla bay, kato na guba ako modem kay ni kilat, more than 2 weeks jd to pra i replace lang, I ask them ngano ing ana ka dugay, wala daw man power, kulang daw sa personnel mo hatud sa blay, hayz, pagka lame jd. FAIL jd ni PLDC.
wala gyud klaro ilang customer service, dugay pa raba kaayo tubagon, kung tubagon man scripted kaayo ilang tubag... putol2x gyud akong connection diri, mokalit lang ug usab ang IP personal use raman unta ni. tsk tsk tsk... makasapot kaayo.
it now boils down to the modem itself or the line mismo ang guba. I'm sure nkatry nka ug on-off sa modem noh? Ala nausab recently ang wiring sa modem? I mean the phone cable that is connected to the modem ha. If wla, PLDT njud na ang blema ana.
You need to call them up. My advice is to also DEMAND credits or a refund of the time that you were unable to use your internet connection. I always demand a refund for time lost and they give it always.
frustration comes when u expect a lot from someone that cannot meet ur expectations...
