Dili man tingali arrogant si Mayor. Mas Arrogant pa ang mayor si Ouano kay tan awa lang how he tolerate the corruption sa iya city. So far, dili man controlado ni Mayor Tomas ang Cebu and no one can control cebu city people unlike sa mga northern towns of cebu. We can always decide who wins and who loose, remember former Mayor Garcia. So Cebu City voters are more educated than the rest sa cebu province.

Osmeña said he resented the comments of Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Ouano, who said that the MCWD board is composed of the Cebu City’s protégees.

He said he is remorseful that he has “done a lot� for Mandaue and other neighboring cities, and yet he still gets insulted.

He enumerated the numerous projects he facilitated for Mandaue when he was still chairman of the Metro Cebu Development Project (MCDP), including the A.S. Fortuna Road, the F. Cabahug Road, the second Mandaue-Mactan Bridge and the north reclamation area.

“This is the MCDP project that the father of this Ouano can’t do anything about... I’ve done more things for Mandaue City than all the Ouanos combined, times five... I have never been unfair to the people of Mandaue, I have never betrayed or have taken advantage of them,� Osmeña added.
