Can someone comment here, unsay mga steps pra mahimo ka nga real estate agent? nya unsa pd ang mga maau nga mga real estate developer krn?

You'll have to take an exam for this. There are review/classes for becoming a real estate agent. But I'm not sure if you can still do this. I heard the government is pushing it to be a full college course rather than just a certification exam for everyone.

yup murag last batch na karon tuiga ang pwede ra mag pa certify.
himoon najud ni full course sa govt next year.
mao ingon sa ako kaila nga bag-o ra na certify.

hinoon angay sad to sila ma certify kay sacrifice jud ang weekends para review hehe.

try lang sa freelance.. try baligya mga properties sa imo kaila... for experience... My mom is a broker pero wala pa siya nabaligya bisag isa ka balay hehe... she's not into sales man gud... I know di ni pwede kay makiha kuno ka pero mada raman na sabot2x... hehe ako naa man ko excuse kay broker man ako mom hehe pero freelance rako...
