bro, I am an accredited loan agent of Chinatrust and Asialink. Wala na ko niagi og agency akong mga applications kay most agencies ilang submarenohon imong applications. Example, your client is interested in applying a loan in Chinatrust lang, matingala lang imong client kay maabtan sya og credit card sa other banks like unionbank or eastwest. Naa may banks nga dili na needed ang signature sa client upon application, other agencies pod kay naay mga tawo nga maayong kamot para forge sa pirma sa client. Maong ako, pilian jud ko og agency; if possible pilion jud nako ng agency nga dedicated to only one bank; kanang dili multi-banks ilang gidala. Sometimes, wise pa jud ng mga agencies kay ingnon ka nga wala sa report imong client bisan og naapprove na, para dili cla makahatag og commission. Try lang og negotiate sa mga bank's credit department para ka mag-ahente nila.
