Open Hard Drive

Need help about this situation:

PC1 with Windows XP installed on the hard drive

PC1's hard drive transferred to a Hard Drive enclosure

Hard Drive enclosure with PC1's hard drive plug to PC2

From PC2, I want to access the files from PC1's hard drive...



Di man nako makita tanan files, how do I go tru about this....Pls. help

probably enclosure problem.. try lain enclosure...

but honestly, its easier to just plug pc1 hdd to pc2 as slave...

boss wertz, thanks sa quick reply. na detect naman cya boss...ang problem lang is ang mga files like ms office, pics, etc. dili nako makita sa PC2

dili pud ko nako makita ang desktop (naa didto ang mga files nakasave)

dili ba kelangan mo SIGN IN kato USER sa PC1 HDD para ma access ang files niya? nya if mao na, unsaon man?

bro as long as madetect xa no problema macopy ug makita rajud na nimo bcn dli admin acnt u gigamit para makafull access ka? try 2 run windows safemode daw.

no nid to sign-in etc sa pc1 hdd unless lang if encrypted jud sya or something. its probably an enclosure problem, na instances ingon ana sya, ma detect pero wala sulod. if d hasol, much better itaud nalang jud imo pc1 hdd sa internal hdd ports sa pc2...

isolate the prblm first, try insert 2 other pc f same ba gihapon ang prblm. if same, probably issue sa enclosure... as Boss Werty said pls follow. tnx

Dili jud na makita nimo sa desktop even sa imong my documents using PC2 kay lahi naman ang setup sa imong PC2 kay naa man siya kaugalingon Documents and Settings. By default in installing OS naa sa drive C ang Documents and Settings then pede na nimo e move ang setup nga all documents picture adto mo save sa laing drive kong naka partition ka para sayon ra pag pangita... Karon imo man gi enclosure ang HD sa PC1 kong unsa na nga drive letter adto ka sulod pangitaa sad ang folder nga Documents and Settings under ana naa didto mga Users kong unsa man user imo gigamit sa PC1 sudla naa dito ang kani ay....

My Music
My Videos
And more..

Mao ni ako gina buhat labi na mag reformat kay corrupted ang OS ako lang siya enclosure or e mount as Slave then ako e back up sa ako lain nga Disk before reformat...

Para wala hasle noh, dapat imong important files naka butang lang ug lain drive or partition para wala problem in case re install/format.

nabs...thank u...by the way, windows xp ni nga OS then ang pc1 hdd is laptop HDD....ang connecting PC1 hdd to PC2 (desktop)
