smoking had helped me a lot. yeah i admit. when i found myself alone, got no one to talk to or even during the hard times of my life, i just lit a stick and puff and catch all these things that keep running on my empty head.

i don't smoke and i don't like the smell of second-hand smoke. some of my friends do smoke and i always remind them to be considerate to non-smokers like me.
