HR says i was not selected, do i have d ryt to know why?

Naka try ko ug apply, lain napod nga company years ago...

It was my first job, then nag apply ko a week before I was hired sa sister company ra pod pero mas dako ug sweldo.

I wondered, since mao2x ra ang exams, Why man nga nadawat ko sa pikas, pero sa kato sister company wala, even a call for an interview? I had the guts I walk in to the HR of that sister company and asked her what was the result of my entrance exam, and told them nga mao2x ra sa written exam nga ako na take sa pikas company.

The HR just told me, "Sila raman gud ang magbuot kinsa ilang tawagan... Dili mi makahatag sa imong ge ask nga information kay confidential na..."

bro, mao2x ra imo answer so mao2x ra result sah? wala ta kabaw nga ok ka sa 1st exam kay top10 ka...The 2nd time mo nga exam kay top11 ka na lng kay naay milabaw nimo...basin diay this time top10 lng japun kuhaon...mao to wla nka madala kay rank 11 namn ka....

sa akong experience ha in my present job, nitawag jud ko sa HR if naka pasar ba ko or wala..after two week of my first interview...may sab gani nanawag ko kay style sab diay na nila nga kung interesado jud ka sa job u dont wait for them to call but you call them...

i think this is not being bitter pro at least makat-on ka sa imong sayop bah pra next time you learn your lessons nya madawat nka. hehe

If naa ta sa ideal world, tawagan unta ta bisan first or second interview lang. Balik2x raman nang written exams, IQ, English Comprehension, Mathematics, Flanagan Planning ug Judgement. Sa sige nimo pang apply2x, maka memorize nalang ka sa mga questions and answers gud... hehehe!

i now believe so too.

on second thoughts, i am afraid no HR is brave enough to give an honest sincere answer to a mere ordinary insignificant job applicant.

HRs... they seem to me, are trained to be liars!

i see some bitterness here...

after the interview, the HR conducts a background check on their prospect employee
