sa akong experience ha in my present job, nitawag jud ko sa HR if naka pasar ba ko or wala..after two week of my first interview...may sab gani nanawag ko kay style sab diay na nila nga kung interesado jud ka sa job u dont wait for them to call but you call them...
ug pwede palang ko mangutana sa city hall ug nganu wala nadawat. hehe! pero partey, partey gapon ana man gyud ng kinabuhi...hehe
i think this is not being bitter pro at least makat-on ka sa imong sayop bah pra next time you learn your lessons nya madawat nka. hehe

mas maayo unta if we are made to know where we fail so we can learn our lessons and improve as we go forward..

If naa ta sa ideal world, tawagan unta ta bisan first or second interview lang. Balik2x raman nang written exams, IQ, English Comprehension, Mathematics, Flanagan Planning ug Judgement. Sa sige nimo pang apply2x, maka memorize nalang ka sa mga questions and answers gud... hehehe!
@TS sa kadaghang nangapply basin naa pay mas maayo nimo...
usually ila na i-ranking....
or naa lang ka sa Pooling na butang...kay wala pay available nga fit para nimo...
Some HR padugay.dugayon pjud ei sulti nga wla ka nadawat skt sad kau tawagan ka pa.adtoon ka sa company and then ingnun lng ka ug sorry daun balik lng nya apply...
Naa pod uban HR... dili ka tawagan ug pila ka months... abot pa gani ug 1year.
Then kalitan langka ug tawag nga final interview na nimo... tsk! tsk!

yes, you can ask that question, pero dont know if they will reveal the true answer.
