dli man na abuse cguro. sakto raman na sa financial standing diri sa PH, ang problema gyud nato diri ba kusog kaayo ta mu compare didto sa US especially the salary mao nig kita nato nga daku kaayo dollar salary nila didto gusto sad ta ning ana, daku lagi salary didto pero daku man sad ang living cost didto so gi cover raman na para sa didto rasad and kung sundon sad na sa mga hospitals diri mu saka sad tanan charges sa hospital to thier patient aron maka cover sa financial overheat langawon ang hospital ning ana styla nya kanang dli maka afford good luck and RIP nalang.
btw kanang naay OFW na parents pasalamat mu oi nya pag tinarong mu dira sa pag swela ninyo, pwerting tigom ana nila didto aron maka pa dala sila diri. naay uban didto mag sigi nalang kaon hamburger og utan aron maka tigom lang gyud, tinihik to the max tawn na.

pwede man cguro ing ani-on sa hospital...magbond sila ug 5K for each volunteer, para dili dali2x absenan, den after the contract period of time, i-uli lang balik sa ila ang 5K... the hospital may not give a stipend for the volunteer... with the current problem, the hospitals and nurses must learn how to compromise... people, try to give suggestions nalang...
Di jud ni abuse.. kay naay expenses sa pag-train sa tao nga walay experience They have to devote personnel and resources to teach the newbie nurse how to be a nurse good enough to work abroad. If the fresh grad thinks he/she is being taken advantage of he should think that although he is entitled to a salary, the hospital is also entitled to be paid for providing a training service![]()
boss, volunteer nurses are not there in the hospitals to be trained but they are there to have experience..training is working under a superior like what student nurses are, volunteer nurses are on the same level with staff nurses, they have they same job descriptions but are not paid..
and there is no expense for a hospital to have a volunteer nurse, because it is the nurse giving services to the hospitals for free, ang volunteer nurse na gni hnuon nibayad..
and also, those volunteer nurses are already licensed, they have completed training for 3 yrs..nya inig m.volunteer sila, sila pay pabayron? ok ra mn ang m.volunteer bsta dli lng pabayron..what's the rationale na pabayron pa mn ang volunteer na they are already giving services for free..
